Provide details about your financial situation and property goals.

Create multi-property plan 
Your property advisor will create a customised property plan outlining the target location for each property purchase, and the investment criteria for each property.

Finance pre approval 
Our investment savvy mortgage broker will get your finance pre-approved, so you are ready to buy.

Property purchase
Your property advisor will search for on and off-market properties that suit your investment criteria. Once property is found they will complete comprehensive due diligence and negotiate the best deal on your behalf.

Property management 
With access to our extensive network of property managers, you will have a dedicated property manager to look after your property on an on-going basis. They will find you the best quality tenant ready from day one, and conduct regular rent reviews to maximise your cash flow.

Annual reviews

What is a Buyers Agent?

A Buyers Agent is a licenced real estate agent who soley works for the purchaser. A selling agent only ever works in the best interest of the seller.

What does a Buyers Agent do?

A Full service Buyers Agent finds, secures and negotiates a property on behalf of the purchaser and coordinates all parties involved.

How much does a Buyers Agent cost?

We charge a flat fee or a % based model upon the purchase of the property. It typically costs between $13,900 - $16,900 inc GST, depending on the type of the service you are looking for.

Why use a Buyers Agent?

Our clients see value in our services in three main areas:

1. Professional negotiation & industry experience

 A professional negotiator can often negotiate a better discount than our fee alone, with the added benefit of more favorable terms. Most people go through the process of buying 2 -3 properties over their. lifetime. This is our area of expertise, our team does this all day every day.

2. Access to extensive property research and data trend analysis.

Using smart technology and a large investment in the most current property data trends, we are able to identify high performance locations and time our entry into these markets better. For example, if we can select a property that achieves only 1% more in capital growth per annum on a $500,000 property (i.e 7% vs 6% cap growth). This would lead to a increase gain of more than $567,000 over a 25 year period. (This is 44 times more than our average fee!)

3. Access to off-market and pre-market properties. 

We have an extensive network of contacts Australia wide, which gives us access to off-market & pre-market properties that an average buyer would not have access to.

How much of a deposit do I need?

The total deposit required will change depending on the value on the property that you are looking to purchase, and your financial situation. As a guide, you would need to have approx $60,000 in savings or equity available in a property to get started.

We look at a combination of broader macro & micro economic trends, backed up by specific on the ground research.
